While working with Diigo I learned a lot of different skills I didn't know was available. I learned that not only can you bookmark certain pages, you can adds tags so people can easily find that page. You can add sticky notes to the annotations you add as well. Diigo can be very useful for all different kinds of people. Rather it be students. classmates, work mates or anybody. If you use this in your class you can have your students search for tags that they may think will bring up different pages they are looking for. I would use this in instances like doing a research paper or trying to put a presentation together.
Using power point at different levels of Blooms Taxonomy would help students in different areas. In power point you can have specific slides designed to pin point each level and reach out to the students in different ways. For example when it comes to the remembering level, you could reuse some of the slides that you used in other levels like evaluate and analyze. Each student learns different then others and have levels they can go by would help things along the way.
Technology and teacher professional development play a very important role with each other. Teachers are starting to use more and more technology in their classrooms. They need to have the technology that is most in trend and most advanced to be able to teach properly. If teachers have all of this, they feel more comfortable teaching in class. Technology is constantly changing and so is teacher professional development. They both need to link together to make a classroom run smoothly.
